Requires Courage 12 with pure Courage attunement. Whole weapon previews drop from multiple Sinecure foe variants (Knight with Mace, Shield, or Sword; Sinecure Officer; Sinecure-errant Gawth), as well as Gruul Seeker Sontaro, Ichorous Wardogs, and Polearm Racks. The diverse drop source pool makes Orst-III one of the most accessible Heavy weapons for Courage builds — no fragment assembly or siege rotation required. Post-Preludes 15: 76 ATK, making it a top-tier base-attack Heavy weapon for sustained melee pressure in mid-to-late game progression.
