Best route: target Collector Crates and Ode Strongboxes for the highest single-container yields. Secondary sources: Crypt Sarcophagi (Crypt of the Circade) and Dendrit Chests in Midrath, Undercity, and Oro's Well. For foe drops, Agari bosses like Etheldred The Weaver, Gourdo, Kabocha, and Gruul Seeker Ruthos drop Medium Dracs in bulk — run the Agari circuit with Cogah hard mode for increased rates. Operation events (Hark the Collector, Fortress O'Dell Organ, Fuirlands Organ) also reward Medium Dracs. No merchant sells Dracs directly; all acquisition is via looting containers and defeating foes.
