Sap Tap is a Common quest tool obtained as a one-time reward from the Wevetwood / Poppet storyline. Progress through the Poppet narrative arc in the Wevetwood region to receive the Sap Tap — it is not a repeatable drop, container loot, or merchant purchase. Once acquired, it is used for harvesting tree sap from Wevetwood sap trees. No farming loop exists; simply complete the storyline quest to obtain it.
