Use The Cogah elixir (crafted from Agaric Mushrooms dropped by Agari) to activate Cogah hard mode, which increases drop rates and enables unique rune drops. Ring the arena bell to begin the encounter. Etheldred also drops The Cogah Creutair and Emberaught, so multiple runes can be farmed per kill. Alternate source: Seachnall The Widower, a dungeon Agari in Cogah. Neither kill guarantees a Flitsmoke drop — expect multiple runs.
